The dark horse of whiskey sippers. Low and slow is the way to go when you want to slow down and enjoy the whiskey. If you need more pour yourself some more later, but there's now rush, your not going anywhere and neither is the bottle. Take your time and enjoy a sip.
How It Was Made:
This sipper was made by me in my studio on the potters wheel. Then it was fired in my reduction gas kiln for about 12 hours. After the firing the kiln must cool for about 24 hours before I can start taking the pieces out of the kiln. Once out of the kiln then the pots must be cleaned up and any sharp edges ground down. A labour of love and character.
